West Coast Lift
Lift was designed for women. It is a sexy, workout that contains high kick routines to create a long, lean appearance to the core & lower body. Two-pound weights & heart rate elevation shape the upper body creating non-masculine results. This workout transforms normal into knockout, in no time.
West Coast Core
The west coast core workout was designed for men & women to train the entire kinetic chain 3-dimensionally. The series of exercises promotes mobility & proprioceptive control while simultaneously forcing the muscles to work in concert w/ each other. This workout is authentic & the results are amazing.
West Coast Yoga
West coast yoga is an inspiring workout that uses a triple training effect. Tempo is combined w/ power yoga sequences, core strengthening & calisthenics. Short straps are used for defining core strength & muscle recruitment. This workout is far from your ordinary yoga class.
West Coast Barre
West coast barre is a blend of ballet, pilates, yoga postures & strength training all from a standing position at the barre. It was created for all those who want to achieve a dancer's body without all the fancy choreography.
West Coast Interval
West coast interval is a combination of two of our most popular workouts. The first half of the class is the west coast core for intense cardio training. The second half of the class is west coast barre for maximum body sculpting. You get the best of both in this one hour workout.
West Coast Wow (Workout of the West)
West coast wow is an interval workout alternating treadmill walking & running sequences w/ strength training combinations. Participants switch from cardio to strength training in timed intervals. Wow is a complete workout w/ body composition in mind, due to the demanding metabolic stimulation.
West Coast Sweat
Sweat is an interval workout alternating treadmill & cycling for cardio training w/ stability balls & resistance bands for strength development. The use of the stability ball training aids in the development of core strength & balance. A great choice for a cross training workout guaranteed to make you sweat.
West Coast Body Length
Clients excel their training time working at peak levels to maximize results. Wcw trainers give their undivided attention to the core group of clients. Training consists of material that cannot be performed in large class sizes. Clients get the best of west coast barre & dance cardio routines in every west coast body length training session.
